MUDA Privacy Policy

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account or use the application. This includes your email address and username, which are used to create and secure your account. We also collect profile information such as your height, clothing preferences, and preferred brands in order to personalize your experience.

In order to provide avatar creation and virtual try-on functionality, we collect and process face and body images that you upload, as well as images of clothing items from your wardrobe. These images are used solely to generate your personalized avatar and enable virtual outfit features.

We also collect information about how you use the app. This includes interactions such as likes, saves, shares, clicks, and time spent viewing content. We may also track when you click on a "buy" button that redirects you to a third-party brand's website. Additionally, we collect technical and device-related data, such as device type, app version, and general analytics data.

We use your information to operate and improve the MUDA application. This includes creating and maintaining your account, generating your personalized avatar using AI models, enabling virtual try-on features, and providing personalized clothing recommendations based on your preferences and behavior.

We also use your information to analyze usage patterns, conduct A/B testing, improve app performance, and communicate with you, including sending verification codes and service-related notifications.

Your uploaded images and trained AI model are used exclusively to generate your avatar and related features. We do not share or use your data for any other purposes.

Your data is stored securely using third-party service providers. We retain your personal data, including uploaded images and your trained AI model, for as long as your account remains active.

If you delete your account, your images and associated AI model will be deleted. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@muda.com.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the application, such as cloud hosting providers, AI processing services, database providers, and analytics tools. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described in this policy.

The application may contain links to third-party websites, including clothing brand websites. When you click on a "buy" button, you will be redirected outside of MUDA. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.

We may send you push notifications through third-party notification services. You can control or disable notifications through your device settings.

MUDA is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to certain processing activities. You may also have the right to data portability.
